A talented business analyst with a strong background in consulting and project management, Jake has overseen projects ranging from Blackbaud product implementations to custom website production. Jake is Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Engaging Networks certified and primarily provides consulting with a focus on customizations, migrations, and platform configurations. He works with many international clients and collaborates with cross-functional teams to solve technical issues and provide custom solutions to various nonprofit technology systems.

In addition to technology and design, Jake’s interests include world travel, languages, and soccer. He lived in the Czech Republic for three years; he speaks Czech and some French. Jake likes to wakeboard, ski, and surf, so if you want to learn, he's always happy to bring someone along on his next adventure!
