Skeff turns project plans and client wish lists into reality. Through WordPress site builds, peer-to-peer campaigns, data migrations, advocacy actions, and responsive email, Skeff’s implementation and support skills makes Zuri’s clients successful. Skeff uses his deep knowledge of the tools to find solutions to client challenges, and matches the promise of technology with the best implementation for each client, based on his understanding of their business process and needs.
Prior to Zuri Group, Skeff spent over 11 years at Blackbaud. In this role he managed support teams, resolved technical escalations, and identifed creative solutions to customer challenges. He was the liaison between Product Development and Support teams, identified and documented issues, prioritized defect backlog for resolution, assisted in QA, and communicated resolution and status to clients.
Skeff’s technical expertise spans a broad range of systems, including Sphere and Luminate, Engaging Networks, Exact Target, WordPress, Salesforce, Springboard, Silverpop, and Email Playground.
Skeff holds a bachelor of science in music and minor in business administration from Towson University.
