As Director of Project Management, Victoria Gaul specializes in the growth and development of the project management practice while simultaneously leading complex, strategic implementations and client engagements. Her many years of experience as a Consultant, Project Manager, and Senior Manager of Professional Services at Blackbaud grant her unique expertise in nonprofit technology and implementations. She enjoys working with a variety of philanthropic organizations and is particularly passionate about environmental causes. In her spare time, she serves the next generation through the youth ministry at her church.

Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from the College of Charleston. She also studied at EDHEC Business School in Nice, France in an internationally ranked bachelor’s program. Victoria is certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.
