Susan Arrington has 30 years of experience spanning multiple aspects of the nonprofit sector. She started her career in nonprofits as the Executive Director of the Abilene Community Theater in Abilene Texas and also served at Junior Achievement USA for over 15 years. Susan's focus lies in the implementation and support of fundraising systems, including business analysis and training.
Susan deeply understands the importance of training and change management when upgrading major fundraising and data systems. She strives to help clients adopt systems and business process changes in a positive manner, and her unique ability to put herself in the user's perspective helps clients excel in new technology. Susan is adept in Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud CRM, BBIS and is also a Certified Scrum Master. Outside of work, Susan is personally involved with Junior Achievement Pioneers and Running Rivers organizations.
