Rachel provides expertise for People Operations based on over ten years of Human Resource management. Her skills include coaching and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, organizational design, employee relations and engagement, and talent Acquisition and recruiting.

Rachel has a BS in HR management and MBA from Lourdes University. She is OSHA-10 certified and holds a green belt in Lean Six Sigma. When not improving life at Zuri, Rachel runs a zero-waste refill shop, Earth Sage, or you can find her out hiking.
