Keizra Tyson-Griffin is an accomplished Senior Salesforce Consultant and community outreach leader who is dedicated to making a positive impact in both the professional and local community. She is recognized for her exceptional leadership and expertise, and she plays a pivotal role in designing, establishing and improving business discovery and design processes. In this role, Keizra successfully engages clients in gathering and documenting business requirements and conducting design workshops to translate these requirements into functional specifications for Salesforce implementation teams. These skills enable her to provide thought leadership to clients and team members, further enhancing the value she brings to the organization.  

As an active member of the Salesforce community, Keizra has been recognized as a speaker at esteemed events including Dreamforce, Dreamin' In Color, the Salesforce Admins Podcast, and the Salesforce Business Analyst Summit.   

Keizra is a proud graduate of the illustrious Historically Black College and University (HBCU), Prairie View A&M University, where she majored in Business Administration with a minor in International Business. Additionally, she holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
