Claire supports clients in a range of roles from functional lead to project management, Engaging Networks best practice consulting, and data conversion. Her deep technical and functional understanding of nonprofit systems enables her to be an exceptional intermediary between end-users and technical teams, as she is skilled at translating business needs into technical requirements, testing and training, and initiating collaboration amongst teams. She is also PMP certified for project management.
While Claire enjoys learning new systems, she is particularly adept in Luminate Online, Engaging Networks, Raiser's Edge, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (StratusLive). She works closely with several clients including The Nature Conservancy, Texas A&M, Room to Read, Environmental Defense Fund, and the American Indian College Fund.
Prior to Zuri Group, Claire served 18 years at National Wildlife Federation where she led two system conversions (Raiser's Edge to StratusLive and Luminate Online to Engaging Networks) and acted as the liaison for all department integrations and users of their systems. In her free time, Claire enjoys baking, crafting, and spending time with her family.
