Ryan brings 6 years of experience as a Blackbaud CRM specialist and consultant. His work in higher education has provided him an expertise in the vertical, having assisted organizations such as Florida State, University of Illinois, Brown, Rice, and West Point among others. He has operated in the context of large-scale implementations, post go-live support, data management services, analytics, QA and testing, data cleanup, and acted as a business analyst in support of process improvement and custom development. His experience from working in data management services and post go-live stabilization drives his user-centric approach to consulting based on an understanding of how advancement systems are used in day to day operations. He believes the true power of any CRM is the people using it every day and strives to improve their daily experiences through training and configuration to meet the needs of management and users alike.
Before joining Zuri Group, Ryan served a Senior Enterprise Solutions Consultant at Blackbaud, specializing in Blackbaud CRM, The Raiser’s Edge NXT, and Blackbaud Direct marketing. His work included implementation and training –business process design covering the complete functionality of BBCRM, system configuration, conversion mapping and validation, business process and user acceptance testing, end-user training, and deployment. He also worked extensively and now specializes in post go-live stabilization providing users with the tools and training necessary to becoming proficient in BBCRM after transition.
