The Problem

Huntsman Cancer Institute was in search of a new online fundraising software to support their P2P programs and eCommunications. After Blackbaud announced it was sunsetting Sphere, Huntsman seized the opportunity to search for a technical solution to support their fundraising needs and a platform with room for them to grow.

Huntsman asked Zuri Group to lead the way, and the team kicked off a 2-month quest for a new solution.

The Solution

Zuri Group worked with Huntsman to conduct a strategic system selection to support the search for new technology.

Zuri Group gathered requirements, organized discovery interviews, conducted extensive product research, arranged demonstrations and lead Huntsman to a solution best suited to support their success.

The detailed approach Zuri Group delivered allowed for the Huntsman team to focus on overall product functionality while feeling confident that small details were documented, organized and evaluated along the way.

The Result

The system selection process left Huntsman with a clear direction for what’s next, along with a paper trail filled with data to support their decision. Engaging Networks was determined to be the best fit for Huntsman’s needs, replacing the combined solution of Sphere and Blackbaud’s NetCommunity.
